OUR COMMITMENT

Nightweeds is committed to making nightweeds.com usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities. We are working to improve the accessibility and usability of the website as it develops.

ACCESSIBILITY APPROACH

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 as a reference for improving accessibility. This includes attention to readable text, colour contrast, keyboard interaction, clear headings, meaningful links, form labels, error messages and responsive layouts.

CONFORMANCE STATUS

This website has not yet undergone a formal independent WCAG conformance audit. We therefore do not currently claim conformance at a specific WCAG level.

ONGOING IMPROVEMENT

We review accessibility as part of website design, content updates, checkout changes and plugin updates. Because the website and third-party services change over time, some areas may not always work equally well with every browser, device or assistive technology.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Some functions, including payment and account services, may be provided by third parties such as PayPal or other WooCommerce integrations. Nightweeds cannot directly control every aspect of those external interfaces, but we will review accessibility issues within our control and pass relevant reports to the provider where appropriate.

FEEDBACK AND ASSISTANCE

If you experience difficulty using any part of the website, please tell us what happened. Where possible, include:

• The page URL.
• The task you were trying to complete.
• Your device and browser.
• Any assistive technology used, if you are comfortable sharing that information.

We will review the issue and make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service in another accessible way where practicable.
